Chainsaw carving Bear in coveralls
Every carving done by trapper is custom created for that customer. we can put your name or initials on the base of statue. We start with a salvaged tree log using chainsaws Trapper blocks out the carving, than its hours of grinding and sanding, if its to be customized with name or words than it is done with Dremel's and chisels. after that there is burning of the wood to get shading just right followed by more sanding. from there multiple coats of spar urethane is applied over a few days...than it is weighed boxed and shipped. This is the process with all our carvings.
Each bear is made custom for you. We can make changes let us know. Our bears are made from cedar. Each carving is a one of a kind carving. Created from Missouri salvaged logs. Coated in many coats of urethane.
